		<description>Isn&#039;t it amazing how technology has given people with certain disabilities some independence as far as mobility goes? Where before they had to rely on being pushed around they are now able to get around on their own.</description>

		<description>I never would have thought that so much was involved in selecting a wheelchair, but it all makes sense the way it is portrayed here. As to the upper body strength factor, one would assume that unless you are too old and frail, a normal person would develop this with continued use of the wheel chair.</description>
